FBW130四球磨耗试验仪【韩国Neoplus】

Four-Ball磨耗试验仪-FBW130。
基本资料：可对ASTM D-2783, ASTM D-2266, ASTM D-4172 ,ASTM D-2596等不同规格的材料实施Four-ball测试，还可利用lever ratio，液压和气动配置顺利地施加足够强度的frame和准确的负荷量。采用Four-ball test method和extreme pressure properties measurement标准测试方式，测试润滑油和grease的耐磨性能以及极压性能。此外，使用本测试设备还可以实施load-wear index（Mean-hertz load）和weld point（four-ball extreme pressure test（EP））。通常使用AISI Standard steel no.E52100（bear ing steel）12.7mm,grade 25Ep（Extra polish）Rockwell C hardness64~66等试验用Ball来测试润滑和Grease类。
